‘Anglesey Leather’ is owned and run by Martin Tucker

The concept began when Martin a former cabinet maker and videographer/photographer moved here to Anglesey for a slower pace of life from the busy cities of the Midlands in England.

 

The need to continue to be creative and produce products that would be admired and last a lifetime using different media had developed from a spark into a flame so Anglesey Leather was born.

Martin is at the head of all things leather and with designs and ideas being aired and developed on a daily basis, a concept goes from strength to strength and concludes with an item that is produced by true artisans.

Martin's natural abilities and skills and a remarkable flare for quality and detail are the core of the business.

The old adage, “there are not enough hours in the day”, is never truer than at Anglesey leather as new products and old favourites are being produced all the time.

 

Martin says:   “Once an item is produced it is photographed and then listed for sale. The photographs you see are only related to that one product. Once that item has been sold then a replacement is made and photographed and listed.  This enables our clients to see exactly what they are purchasing. We do not believe in ‘stock’ images!”.

As artisans, every single handmade item is unique and will have minor visual differences to a previous item of the same design. This is what makes each item special and personal to the purchaser. This gives us the drive, inspiration and passion to produce the best that we can on a daily bases.”
